vì sao ư. trước hết bạn cần học lại phạm vi hoạt động của biến (có 3 loại biến: biến toàn cục, biến cục bộ, biến static). ở đây $mem là biến cục bộ nên khi muốn sử dụng trong các function khác ta phải khai báo thêm global ở phía trc biến.
